Satu Nusa Retreat House Recovery Bali has its own therapy method which has been registered with the Director General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. This therapy combine between traditional and modern technique, also combine between regain from hooked to substances and other negative behavior as well as mental health and self-isolation programs. Our therapy is named Satu Nusa Holistic Therapy® and scheduled in a daily activity divided from first week until fourth week. 

1. Morning Therapy

Morning is effective time to move and has a higher level of consistency and happiness. Wake up in the morning also has a lower risk of depression and off course can increase cortisol, a hormone that manage anxiety and overcome emotional difficulties.

Recreational therapy includes, but is not limited to, providing treatment services and recreation activities to individuals using a variety of techniques including arts and crafts, animals, sports, games, dance and movement, drama, music and community outings. Recreational therapists treat and help maintain the physical, mental and emotional well-being of their clients by seeking to reduce depression, stress and anxiety, recover basic motor functioning and reasoning abilities, build confidence and socialize effectively. Recreational therapists should not be confused with recreation workers, who organize recreational activities primarily for enjoyment.
